Absolutely incredible! I love how the final level resolves. I like the fact you have to stretch out the tongue every level. I enjoy all of the subtle animations that makes everything so lively too. Having multiple flies was a great way to show that you are making progress through the level. I love Frogger and it's great to see a puzzle version. Fantastic job!
I noticed that the game crashes on the last level if you spam the tongue button on a rock and that spamming the tongue on a rock while on a lilypad in other levels can move you to unintended places.
haha this is amazing :P this game made me smile so hard! Love the art style and cute everything and very clear and simple controls. no bullshit just go! very nice! And the tongue stretching is a great extra puzzle tool, very well done. Great game, really!! The puzzles are easy to understand quickly and not to hard but still a challenge. I’m making a puzzle game myself https://guldor.itch.io/citybuilder and designing puzzles is a lot harder as i thought! Its still far from done but i would love to get a ton of feedback on it, so if you have the time i would love to hear what you think!
I did miss a on-screen menu button, on the page i found a few other key press options like for the menu , i would love to see a button for this on screen just like reset buttons. did not really know it was an option and a bit easier te access and clear that its possible could help. There is plenty of empty screen space left i would say :) that all the feedback i can come up with now :P or maybe a hit option at leased if you get stuck but don’t know if that's a good idea in a puzzle any ways since its about solving puzzles not cheating trough them ;)
Got it working. Strange. Refresh didn't work. Quitting Firefox and relaunching didn't work. However, clicking on the link from your page - https://itch.io/profile/birdboygames - that is what made it work. Love this game. Very clever, very cute. Thank you for making it!
I really enjoyed this short game. The last two levels are definitely one big step above the other 22 in difficulty but that's ok. Nice music too.
One weird issue I had is that the game runs very slowly on Chrome (as in 1-2 fps, it's unplayable) but it ran perfectly fine on MS Edge so that's how I played it. Any idea why?
This game is very unique, and I love the puzzles! I like the constant challenge it brings and how the puzzle requires thought and patience to go through!
Mind sharing some knowledge on how you made these? It'd be nice to understand how to make a good puzzle!

Such a beautifully simple yet deep game! Amazing work, the theme fits perfectly and the art is very cute! The mechanics are tought very well!

it lets you desync the frog from the grid, so you don't collide with boulders and can grab the fly for free
also works on levels 19, 21

Thanks! Might be linked to WebGL - you can enter chrome://gpu/ in the address bar and look if WebGL is disabled.

I believe WebGL is enabled, although it says "Software only, hardware acceleration unavailable." Not sure that makes a difference.
In any case, I was able to play through the game on Edge, so you do not need to worry about this if it's only me having the issue.
Last level stumped me, but I really enjoyed this game!

Very very nice! Interesting and intuitive mechanics. All the sprites, animations, and sounds perfectly fit in as well
Only thing I felt like it could use is a level select, or at least some way to track progress / see how close one is to finishing
